All players who purchase at least 10,000 UFOs(or more in one purchase/or 24 hour period for SuperReward Users) will be listed as Premium Uforian Members for the following 30 days in our support system. The Premium Uforian system will be expanded in the future to include more perks(UFO Discounts and Promotions, Free Item Promotions, etc.) and different levels of Premium Uforian Packages, and Premium Uforian exclusive packages/items.
Premium Support Includes;
Faster Response times on Basic Tickets
Scam Report with Item Restoration
Bugged Item Claims
Item Disputes
Accidental Item Break Restoration (1 per 30 day premium period)
Cash Shop Item compensation for unexpected down time.(Downtime must exceed 10% of the total life of the item)
